In a new step towards consolidating developmental and humanitarian efforts, the Shuraka Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Action—represented by its Executive Director, Ms. Hala Abdullah Ahmed—today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and an institutional partnership agreement with the Enhance Foundation for Development, represented by Ms. Reena Abdo Al-Zubairi.
